Sacred Images of The Feminine Part I
A Telephone Conference Course Facilitated by Anastacia Nutt, M.A.
Co-Founder and Facilitator of the Path of the Ceremonial Arts
Format for the mini-course: This course is offered through conference calling technology that allows you to participate in a group-shared experience from the comfort of your own home. You may call from any place in the world! Our Feminine Heritage Part I is composed of 4 bi-weekly calls/classes. The first class is 90 minutes and will encompass the introductory material for the entire course. Each subsequent session will consist of 35-40 minutes of presented material and 20-25 minutes for coursemate’s to share their experiences of the sacred expressions of the feminine with one another.
Intention of the mini-course: Many are drawn to the strange and beautiful feminine images found among the artifacts of prehistoric ages. Archeological theories exist as to their symbolism, meaning or purpose…prominent interpretative theories emerge only to be abandoned in favor of newer, more “thorough” interpretations. Is it possible that we cannot explain these images using traditional methods of exploration?
Our Feminine Heritage Part I takes a different approach to “understanding” the ancient feminine images that draw and intrigue us. Designed to foster a visceral knowing, we will explore these images together, combining conventional and unconventional methods…seeking a mental, emotional and physical interpretation of nine sacred images of the feminine.
Benefits of the mini-course : At the end of this mini-course, you will have cultivated an integrated personal relationship to nine sacred images of the feminine. In this process, you will have awakened your own cellular memory of feminine imagery…as well as the teachings and the personal benefits contained within them. In addition, you will have had the experience of share your personal experiences with people who participated in the visceral dream with you. The shared experiential aspect of Our Feminine Heritage Part I sets this course apart from other forms of teleclass learning.
