Format: One hour each week for four weeks. All classes take place via teleconferencing.*
Topics and Details:
Class 1 - The Power of Ritual - Creating Sacred Space
Beginning by touching into some of the positive practices of ritual historically and in modern times, we will explore the value and importance of ritual in your own life. We will then work with steps to create personal sacred space and altars as a means of weaving ritual into everyday life.
Class 2 - Weaving Self care and Nurturance
We will discuss the many avenues of how we nourish ourselves and discover new ways through ritual to honor and love our body as a Sacred Temple . We will also explore our relationship to beauty as a path to expanding awareness and experiencing wholeness.
Class 3 - Awakening Your Creative Mind
Working with a specific intention we will experiment using creative visualization and the senses, to awaken and engage your active imagination as a tool to enrich, empower and support your everyday ritual.
Class 4 - Living as Spirit, Evolving as Soul
Building on class three we will explore individual styles of co-creating with spirit, evolving compassion, deepening inner wisdom and expressing your gifts and talents in service to the greater whole.

You will be e-mailed handouts and homework assignments prior to each class.
Plan for approximately 15 minutes a day (or more is up to you) to work with your assignments. |
